Industrial silicone resins
Coatings based on industrial silicone resin have interesting properties in terms of electrical insulation and temperature resistance, up to 650°C for some grades. These properties can be further improved by the addition of ceramic components, which increase the mechanical resistance of the coating.
Food grade silicone resins
Food-compatible silicone resin-based coatings are non-stick and can be an interesting alternative to traditional products based on fluoropolymers (PTFE, FEP or PFA). The temperature resistance of these silicone coatings is slightly lower than that of fluoropolymers, but the UV resistance of the material allows a wider range of colors.
Silicone powder
Our silicone powder coating allows an economical application of a product that combines interesting technical properties such as heat resistance up to 500°C, food safety, protection against oxidation, with an attractive aesthetic appearance.
Silicone Rubber
Silicone-rubber-based coatings offer exceptional non-stick properties, sometimes superior to traditional products based on fluoropolymers (PTFE, FEP or PFA). On the other hand, their mechanical resistance is lower. This type of coating is also available in food grade. In addition, these coatings have anti-slip properties, which is particularly interesting in the case of robotic industries for conveyor plates, grippers, drive wheels etc. Finally, these coatings are very flexible, which makes it possible, for example, to coat work utensils in industries where it is important to preserve the surface condition of parts that are sensitive to scratches.
Application examples:
- Industry and food utensils
- Exterior surfaces of frying pans
- Baking molds and baking trays
- Machine components and parts of products in direct contact with food
Other Industries
- Sensors
- Tweezers
- Racks
- Metal baskets
