Thanks to our specific know-how, TTM Coating is able to coat only the inside of parts, microtubes and profiles.
Depending on the geometry of the parts, we are able to coat the inside of tubes with a minimum diameter of 0.7 mm and a maximum length of 4000 mm, subject to a feasibility check on a case-by-case basis.
The internal coatings of tubes can be made of silicone or fluoropolymers and fulfil various functions: electrical insulation, anti-corrosion, antistatic, etc. It is also possible to cover the outside of the tube with the same or (possibly) different coatings.
